The year finishes off with another incredible month in Real Estate! December 2009 had the second highest sales recorded (after 2006 with 1074) with 1066 a very close second! That is a 53.80% increase over December 2008. The total MLS sales for 2009 was $6.98 Billion- making a 5.52% overall increase from 2008. The average days on market for December was 50, keeping things moving at a very steady pace! I would like to wish everyone a very happy and prosperous new year in 2010!! |
