In June 2010 the average price for single family home was $390,000 and by December we were down to $355,270.... as well the amount of properties that sold per month was steadily down over the second half of the year - 11.50% in comparison to 2009. &amp;nbsp;Sellers found themselves immersed in a market completely favorable to buyers and having to be extremely aggressive with listing prices...
